My approach combines my training in Swedish techniques with fascial release while incorporating my previous knowledge as a physiotherapist with dynamic movements and stretching. I also have extra training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy using the Vodder method for fluid decongestion. I believe in making individual, effective treatment plans for my patients tailored for their concerns and symptoms.
